As soon as I saw Naithin at Time to Loot post about this I knew I had to do my own one of these. I’ve always been fascinated with personality scores. I’m an INFP in the Myers-Briggs test and my Enneagram Personality score is Type 4. As a geek, the idea of mapping my personality to characters from some of my favourite fandoms was absolutely fascinating. I’m also really curious to see what you guys think so here are my character personality test scores!

You can take your own character personality test here.

Character Personality Test Scores - Willow Rosenberg

Full Results

You can find my full report here. The results go on to 540 and a 24% match so here are the top 60.

I’m honestly not surprised to see Willow so high up although to have her be the highest match wasn’t expected. Other characters such as Beth March, Daniel Jackson, and Inara are not a surprise to me either.  It’s quite humbling to see Dumbledore and Gandalf in there, and a little scary to see Mycroft Holmes there.

There’s too many names in there I don’t recognise so let’s take a look at specific fandoms I do recognise.

Character Personality Test Scores - Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Buffy Results

We know that Willow was my #1 score, but how did the rest of the Scooby Gang fair?

  1. Willow Rosenberg (Buffy the Vampire Slayer): 81%
  2. Rupert Giles (Buffy the Vampire Slayer): 68%
  3. Angel (Buffy the Vampire Slayer): 54%
  4. Buffy Summers (Buffy the Vampire Slayer): 50%
  5. Cordelia Chase (Buffy the Vampire Slayer): 49%
  6. Xander Harris (Buffy the Vampire Slayer): 42%

A mixed bag and honestly, I’m disappointed that there’s not more characters listed for this show. There are so many other shows that have more characters listed.

Character Personality Test Scores - Albus Dumbledore

Harry Potter Results

Here are my results for the Harry Potter fandom:

  1. Albus Dumbledore (Harry Potter): 70%
  2. Filius Flitwick (Harry Potter): 67%
  3. Luna Lovegood (Harry Potter): 66%
  4. Fleur Delacour (Harry Potter): 65%
  5. Severus Snape (Harry Potter): 64%
  6. Moaning Myrtle (Harry Potter): 64%
  7. Hermione Granger (Harry Potter): 63%
  8. Minerva McGonagall (Harry Potter): 63%
  9. Cho Chang (Harry Potter): 61%
  10. Horace Slughorn (Harry Potter): 61%
  11. Remus Lupin (Harry Potter): 61%
  12. Ginny Weasley (Harry Potter): 57%
  13. Lord Voldemort (Harry Potter): 57%
  14. Dobby (Harry Potter): 57%
  15. Bellatrix Lestrange (Harry Potter): 57%
  16. Molly Weasley (Harry Potter): 56%
  17. Arthur Weasley (Harry Potter): 56%
  18. Dolores Umbridge (Harry Potter): 56%
  19. Petunia Dursley (Harry Potter): 54%
  20. Nymphadora Tonks (Harry Potter): 54%
  21. Rita Skeeter (Harry Potter): 53%
  22. Draco Malfoy (Harry Potter): 52%
  23. Alastor Moody (Harry Potter): 52%
  24. Harry Potter (Harry Potter): 50%
  25. Sirius Black (Harry Potter): 50%
  26. Cornelius Fudge (Harry Potter): 49%
  27. Rubeus Hagrid (Harry Potter): 45%
  28. George Weasley (Harry Potter): 43%
  29. Ron Weasley (Harry Potter): 42%
  30. Viktor Krum (Harry Potter): 32%

I’m honestly surprised that Hermione isn’t higher than #7, and a little bit perturbed to find Moaning Myrtle so high. Fleur Delacour is another surprising entry, although I have always felt a connection to her. And that #1; Dumbledore. A grey character if there ever was one, I have never felt the need to over-analyse him or his actions. I won’t say his actions were right or wrong, but I do understand on some level his reasons for doing them. Severus makes perfect sense to me as someone who was bullied and watching the scenes in the movie of him being bullied was particularly hard for me. I see Severus as an example of what I could have become if I had not hard the support of friends and family and if I had let bitterness win and never healed from those wounds.

Character Personality Test Scores - Dr. Strange

Marvel Results

I’d much rather have a DC comics one but oh well! Here’s my results for the Marvel cinematic universe:

  1. Dr. Strange (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 68%
  2. Bruce Banner (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 65%
  3. Loki (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 59%
  4. Black Panther (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 58%
  5. Peggy Carter (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 55%
  6. Nick Fury (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 54%
  7. Black Widow (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 53%
  8. Tony Stark (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 52%
  9. Gamora (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 51%
  10. Thanos (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 49%
  11. Captain Marvel (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 45%
  12. Thor (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 40%
  13. Captain America (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 39%
  14. Peter Jason Quill (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 38%
  15. Hawkeye (Marvel Cinematic Universe): 36%

Dr. Strange is a no-brainer; mystical knowledge? Yep, I totally would be there. I can see Bruce Banner as well especially as sometimes it feels like I have an inner Hulk that I have no control over. But Loki?! Ok I have no idea where on earth that one came from.

Character Personality Test Scores - Alfred Pennyworth

The Dark Night Results

It turns out that while there isn’t a DC one there is one for the movie The Dark Night which is the closest I’m going to get.

  1. Alfred Pennyworth (The Dark Knight): 61%
  2. Lucius Fox (The Dark Knight): 60%
  3. Lau (The Dark Knight): 58%
  4. Rachel Dawes (The Dark Knight): 56%
  5. Bruce Wayne (The Dark Knight): 55%
  6. The Joker (The Dark Knight): 49%
  7. James Gordon (The Dark Knight): 47%
  8. Anthony Garcia (The Dark Knight): 46%
  9. Harvey Dent (The Dark Knight): 45%
  10. Sal Maroni (The Dark Knight): 40%

I’m beginning to see a bookish, loyalty, protector theme with some of these results. It has been that long since I watched this movie that I don’t even recognise some of the names on this list.

Character Personality Test Scores - C3PO

Star Wars Results

Star Wars was the one that I checked first and then really wish I hadn’t…

  1. C-3PO (Star Wars): 65%
  2. Princess Leia (Star Wars): 63%
  3. Obi-Wan Kenobi (Star Wars): 63%
  4. Darth Vader (Star Wars): 55%
  5. Luke Skywalker (Star Wars): 44%
  6. Han Solo (Star Wars): 30%

Oh gosh, I’m like a fussy old protocol droid?! Urgh, yes, I guess I am in certain ways. I’ve been working with my therapist on dealing with a loss of control over parts of my life and that has expressed itself in ways that would make me act like C-3PO. A part of me would like things to be all orderly and for people to act like I expect them to act so that I have control over something in my life. But life doesn’t work that way.

At least the two entries are more redeeming! They’re most definitely matching my Myers-Briggs and Enneagram scores.

Character Personality Test Scores - Nala

The Lion King Results

I’m really happy to see one of my favourite Disney movies on the list, so let’s take a look…

  1. Nala (The Lion King): 58%
  2. Timon (The Lion King): 52%
  3. Scar (The Lion King): 51%
  4. Mufasa (The Lion King): 49%
  5. Pumbaa (The Lion King): 45%
  6. Simba (The Lion King): 38%

The scores for all of them are really low which considering it’s a Disney movie doesn’t surprise me. I am happy to see Nala at the top though as she is my favourite character from the film.

Character Personality Test Scores - Bran Stark

I’m including this one more for your interest my dear readers as I know many of you are Game of Thrones fans and will find this interesting. I’m not a fan, however, I’m really curious to hear what you think of these results. I only know the basics of what happened on the show and the characters personalities so not nearly enough to form any judgement as to whether these are accurate or not.
