I am not a big fan of asking for help because, in many ways, I am really lucky and have a fantastic support network. However, that being said, life has been crazy for a while now, and I’m very limited due to health conditions. As of June 2017, I’ve been diagnosed with six health conditions and have a pending diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), also known as ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis). You can read more about this condition on NHS Choice and more about my health history here. It’s a long haul, and there are a lot of things I can’t do, but one thing I can do is blog! One of the things keeping me going is this blog.
