The final set of the Azerite mini-theme and what a pain in my ass it was! To say I’m not happy with this set is an understatement, but here it is nonetheless. I don’t feel that it quite captures the essence of the azerite colours compared to the other sets (cloth, leather, plate are here if you missed them) and that is more because there simply aren’t the mail pieces in those colours available. In the end I chose to go with a darker blue and bronze-gold to represent the colours with a hint of lighter blue in the shoulders.
All the mail piece are non-class specific, however, the head piece is optional. I struggled to find a suitable head piece and then found one that worked perfectly. The downside? It’s a hunter only item; item. The set looks perfectly fine without a head piece so Shamans you can work it without the head just as well. I also chose a bow to go with this set as I’ve showcased other azerite themed weapons on the other sets that would match this set. So Shamans please check those out for weapons.
The bow item comes in two colour options that work for this set depending on your own personal preference. I personally prefer the lighter coloured one (mythic) featured here, but there is also the brighter/darker hued version item which is from heroic.

Every Tuesday is #TransmogTuesday and I’ll be posting with a new creation. My main is a discipline priest called Kaelea, so I do tend to edge towards cloth transmogs more than anything else. The aim of this project is to push my own boundaries, to get creative and work on some themes and ideas I’d normally not consider. That means I’m open to suggestions! Themes, colours, a transmog set around a particular item? Let me know 🙂
Over To You
Now that the mini azerite theme is over, how did you like it?
Do you want to see more mini themes in the future based on in game items/materials?
