Geeking by in May & June

It’s that time again and it’s a short one as not much has been happening. May was quite a difficult month, especially towards the end, which was why I chose to skip the end of the month update at the time. I wasn’t in a good place at all; my mental health was all over the place and I was dealing with a lot of personal stuff. As a result I referred myself to another health service as the previous one has a massive waiting list. Exercise bands like this were a core part of the many years of intense physio I had that focused on stabilising my ankles. Although I used them primarily for working with my ankles back then,  exercise bands have a variety of uses for such a simple and inexpensive product.   FirstRead More →

Inktober 2018 Prompts - Miscellaneous Prompts

Welcome to the fifth and final post in a series of posts featuring prompts for Inktober – This week the is a bundle of Miscellaneous themes that did not fit into previous weeks! If you’re not familiar with Inktober I’ll be going into more detail in just a moment but basically, it is an art prompt that takes place every October using only ink. Every year Inktober is responsible for the creationRead More →
