Some non-transmog posts are on the way, I promise! I’m working on my monthly update, some reviews and also coverage of a convention I went to last month. Unfortunately my health has been terrible and transmog posts are easy to put together in comparison 🙂 So stay tuned as I hope to have some posts out this week!
I didn’t have much time to take part in Trial of Style last month due to working on my dissertation. I took part three times and came second place once, and won first place the other two times. Web-bare won me a first place score for the Fun and Flirty category and this set was my other first place win for Spook-tacular.
I’ve chosen to share this with you for two reasons; one it represents a spooky set that isn’t overly spooky yet fills the criteria, and it’s a purple druid set. A while back in a transmog group someone expressed their dismay that there isn’t any decent purple gear for druids, and as I was actively wearing this set at the time I pointed out that it was possible. I made a mental note then to share this set and also to work on my purple druid sets in the future. The later is something I’m going to be working on in conjunction with some other transmog related plans in the coming months. For now here is the Witch of the Dark Wood set.
Witch of the Dark Wood
Every Tuesday is #TransmogTuesday and I’ll be posting with a new creation. My main is a discipline priest called Kaelea, so I do tend to edge towards cloth transmogs more than anything else. The aim of this project is to push my own boundaries, to get creative and work on some themes and ideas I’d normally not consider. That means I’m open to suggestions! Themes, colours, a transmog set around a particular item? Let me know 🙂
You can see my pre-existing work over at Wowhead where I’ll also be uploaded any and all sets.
Over to you
Let me know in the comments what you think of this transmog and if you have any any requests let me know! 🙂
